Vera Possanner was born in Vienna.
Already in her 8th year Vera gave short piano concerts, which she learned with her piano teacher Prof. Eva Maria Ott.
From 1997, Vera was also taught in solo singing by Mag. Monique Mondon – Muth.
In 2000, Prof. E.M. Ott enabled the concert by J.S. Bach Harpsichord Concerto in D major BWV 1054, to be performed
with the chamber music ensemble in Baroque period costumes in Pecs / Hungary.
In 2002 Vera Possanner enrolled at the Prayner Conservatory Sologesang and finished her studies in 2009 with diploma.
During her studies, she sang in opera productions at the Volksoper and at the Theater an der Wien in a choir.
She successfully completed the opera masterclass of KS Jaume Aragall, masterclasses with Erika Sunnegårdh, Daniel Sarge
and Peter Svensson.
To continue her voice, Vera takes vocal lessons with Evelyn Schörkhuber and Magdalena Anna Hofmann.
Since 2016 she has been able to further develop her experience on opera stages in St. Margarethen,
at Tabor Castle, on the Mörbisch Lake Stage and at the Festspielhaus Erl in Tyrol.
Since October 2018 to 2020 Vera Possanner was engaged for solo roles at the "Kinderoper Papageno".

As a soloist, the singer has been involved in private concerts, fundraisers and as a substitute in various choires since her youth.
In September 2015, the dedicated musician again enrolled at the Prayner Conservatory, this time piano at Mag. Joo Ann Koh.
He taught Vera during her singing studies. In June 2018 she successfully completed her piano studies.
